"Shades of Day" is a site dedicated to the art of independent filmmaking. We are developing and producing quality films based on original stories and the masterpieces of the world literature dealing with a variety of contemporary issues often neglected by the mainstream cinema (both by the studios and the "independents"). We admire the great artists of all times. The complexity of their existence and the discoveries they made to help the humanity move forward toward better understanding of life, death, coexistence and peace serve the source of our inspiration.
